Andre and Friends disgusted

When taking up this so called great new bank, heck I did not know what I was getting myself into. The lady Catherine at Wilpark Pick n Pay did not explain in detail. She informed me that an individual can deposit money straight into any pick n pay till point or boxer and all I need was to give my account. Hell yesterday I was stranded and I request my old aged aunt to assist and she went all the way to Pick n Pay to deposit to only find out that she could not. I rushed to Pick Pay Wilropark to receive the worst service and told that the person must also have the Tyme bank account to deposit and this was never explained to me by Catherine. Sadly Andre and his so called Floor manager who firstly refused to call the store manager gave very condescending treatment. I was disgusted in the manner in which they treated the situation and how they simply blew me off. A great Win for Checkers who assisted me in a very sad situation.
