An untrained Cashier disrespects a customer!!!

Pick N Pay Clothing Galleria Mall

I have never been So embarrassed in my whole entire life by a cashier at Galleria mall Amanzimtoti. The cashiers name is Khanye. That boy has never been educated about customer service EVER...I went in to do some shopping and purchased a few items, then walked out only to remember that I need to pay my DSTV Bill. I then proceeded to walk back in and join the queue again so that I can pay. As I get to the cashier I take out my I'D and tell Khanye ( The cashier ) I would like to pay for my DSTV account.

His response " We offline" Me : Eish since when and for how long do you think? His response " We offline that's all you need to know NEXT" Me : I know being off line is an On and Off thing so do you think you might come back online today? His response " We offline that's all you need to know NEXT" Me : I don't like how you talking to me please,because I'm entitled to ask questions as a customer. His response " OKAY NEXT PLEASE"

The next customer is not coming because there can see I'm still standing here talking to this guy. I then proceed and leave the store feeling so embrassed because this is a small store and the people behind me can hear everything being said.

As I was walking away something said No man go and ask for the Manager so I went back. Unfortunately according to another employee standing at the door with a sanitizer the Manager is on leave, so I could not be assisted to report this matter. I don't think I will EVER shop at PICK N PAY clothing after that incident and I will continue to tell others not to shop there if you guys don't train stuff accordingly.
