An employee that confronts pick and pay customers

Lance Murray is an employee in the deli at the fish hoek store. At the start of lockdown this gentleman was working on duty outside the store managing customer que. He was confrontational with all of us customers in the que to adhere to the lines separating social distance. To the point if your front end of your shoe was over the line you were reprimanded. Extreme power play. On Tuesday 25th Aug my daughter of 21 was confronted by this same gentleman in the deli that her mask was slightly below her nose ( it was not as her glasses were pressing the mask ). He then continued to harass her all the way to the till and then told cashiers that it is not policy of Pnp to serve customers not adhering to safety rules. My daughter in tears left the store. In all my years a client of pnp have I never met an employee of pnp confrontational with a customer..... and I mean never. This gentleman should not work for pick and pay. My daughter refuses to go back and I help her with R 2000.00 month gift cards. I do all my shopping at pnp and feel one employee should not be the cause of such an experience with the brand / loyalty. It is not his intention to keep pnp staff safe - it is his intention to harass customers with power play as a result of his own frustrations working in an environment having no empathy for customers and service.
