Amount deducted for declined swipe

On Sunday 1st November I went to Pick N Pay Trade Route Mall Lenasia and swiped my card for the amount of R815.10. The first swipe declined and the second time it went through. Now when checking my account I see that the amount was deducted for the declined swipe as well. I have been trying since Wednesday to call the Pick N Pay Trade Route Mall Lenasia and they do not answer their phones. The customer care line number also does not go through. Please sort this out ASAP!!
