Amazing warm, friendly sister and clinic staff

I go to pnp the falls so often as it is right behind our home. I have been taking my son there for his immunization since he was born. Sr. Hendrien Bezuidenhout is one of the very rare, best sisters still to exist and has amazing bedside manners. Before we take my son for his shots we get a reminder from Sr. Hendrien and she always prep my son so extremely well to make it as little uncomfortable possible. She makes sure he was comfortable with her before doing his shots. She works clean and quickly and always has a shoulder to cry on. She is never judgemental and always give the most subtle advice on anything. She has a helping, soft, caring heart and will go the extra mile for her patients. Everyone knows me by the name and it warms my heart to know I have a safe haven to take my son and my coming baby to for the best care. "Which is very rare in today's era" . Thank you Sr. Hendrien and clinic staff for always welcoming us with a smile and open arms making us feel worthy and not just like another patient, listening and caring truely.
