Amazing service, pity I was a jerk

It's amazing how presumptions & negative expectations can rule our minds & make us see things that don't exist<br> <br> Today I went to pay for my traffic fine & buy a few other items<br> <br> I have paid my previous fines at another branch of Pick n Pay before, where the tellers literally looked at the amount of money I had to pay, checked my offense & laughed about it. So today I told myself that I'm not going to allow that to happen<br> <br> So I get to this till. After punching the reference number & double checking it, the teller asked me how much I would like to pay, & I said the full amount. Her eyes then went up to the text in the body of the document (exactly what I was expecting). I immediately snatched the document from her hands, & she tried to explain to me in Zulu that if I pay on or before the specified date, it's written that I would qualify for a 50% reduction<br> <br> I eventually understood her & opted to pay the half I had the mercy of paying, but I felt so bad that I had reacted so badly to someone who was actually helping me. I apologized to her & told her that I thought she was checking the nature of my offense<br> <br> I want to publicly apologize to you Nonhle, & thank you for going an extra mile
