Amazing Service from Manager Connie

Last week I shared about an incident that happened at the Northgate PnPay Liqour Store, I immediately received a call from one of their Managers- Connie. She was amazing! She was suprised that the matter had not been escalated to the Management team when I first reported it, she immediately took control, apologized and went to solving mode. She sorted out everything and gave me a refund. Thank you so much Connie for your professionalism and efficient resolution.
