Amazing Service from Karabo(manager) at Pick n Pay Quagga Centre

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Karabo manager at Pick n Pay Quagga Centre in Pretoria West. He has provided an amazing service experience to myself. I called their branch to buy a TV and they did not have stock, he advised that instead of me going to other branches looking for stock, he will check his system and go and fetch the TV for me so that I can buy it from his store which is the closest to me. He drove from PTA west to Woodlands and brought the tv back to his branch. Unfortunately it was the wrong type of TV which was identified by the serial number. This was the last day of the special and had no TV. Karabo then advised that he will look for the correct TV and found one and drove to Woodmead which is pretty far from where is branch is located. he brought the TV back to his store and called me to advise it was ready for collection which was basically the next day. I got the correct TV and the price was given was on the special that expired. I would like to say thank you for your service and assistance as we do not see this as often as we would like and I guess that is why what you have done stands out. Hisense TV Purchaser.
