Amazing Service

I went to Picknpay earlier seeking a brand of milk which always seems to be out of stock. Tanya (customer service manager) assisted me by looking in the stockroom for it. She even went to other stores looking for the particular product. She later gave me feedback saying that the particular supplier is out of stock. She then asked Riaan if he had any knowledge about the product and could he offer an alternative. Riaan then gave me exactly what I was looking for in another brand that cost me less and is always available in the store. I'm grateful to you both for going the extra mile. You both displayed excellent service. Well done you've given your store a great reputation. I applaud you.
