Amazing people and efficient team work

I placed an order with pnp asap and my one bag had the wrong items.

I called Pick n Pay Plattekloof Village, a few minutes after closing hours, and was helped by Eshwill. He is what I would consider "service with excellence".

He had every reason to give me a typical excuse not to help, because it was after business hours, instead he treated my issue with a sense of urgency and understanding. He did everything he could to help and arranged for the wrong bag to be picked up and the correct items delivered to me. He followed up, communicated clearly and managed my expectations.

When my correct items were delivered, I felt brought to tears with utter gratitude. I went to collect my items from one of the managers, David (I hope I got the spelling correct). He collected the incorrect item and took time to stand with me while we made sure I had received my complete order.

I can not remember the last time I witnessed such efficient team work, commitment, sense of responsibility and genuine care for customer experience.

Not only was my experience humbling, it was one of those moments that reminded me that good service still exists and that there are still people who are willing to sacrifice and do amazing things.

David and Eshwell, thank you for going out of your way to correct my shopping and have it delivered. I truly hope that your actions serve as "seeds" for much greater blessings over your lives.
