Outstanding Service !

I would really like to thank Justice from Pick N Pay in Centurion Lifestyle.

What an exceedingly polite gentlemen !

I needed to replace my stove and microwave, there is a need to do so as I am in an apartment with pre-paid electricity, so I need to get appliances that are as energy efficient as possible.

What a gem, Justice got grilled by me, as if he was on a game show, this was not done to be funny with him, but I have been researching the matter for 2 weeks, I had also visited various other stores - but what led to me making the purchase : - amazing customer service !

He was unable to answer some of the technical questions, but what did he do - calls the person who could assist : - this needs to be normalised in South Africa - we cannot know everything, but in the event we don't, we ask for assistance so that we all can learn ...

Right then and there, my mind was made up, I was still planning to go to Midrand and Johannesburg to continue shopping, but because of Justice not only going the extra mile, but finding out proper information, my mind was made up to buy both appliances !

(I however need to apologise to Mmaphefo who assisted us with ringing up the purchase, without going into detail, I asked him something out of concern, it is just my nature as a sports coach - to which I received a response I was not prepared for and I ended up being out of line, I do apologise sincerely).
