Amazing business and staff

I would like to acknowledge PicknPay in kenilworth centre Cape Town. Last friday my senior mom was involved in an accident in the store by another customer. She was immediately assisted by the Fresh Produce manager Robert and another lady. They were amazing and very caring to my mom. The store manager assisted me with filing out an incident report and accepting my medical costs. My mom spectacles broke and she had to have stitches. Today i received the email that PicknPay insurance will reimburse my medical cost and i got a follow up call from the manager. It is really appreciated due to these bills not being budgeted for. But also the human kindness the business had shown even though the store was not at fault. Thank you again PucknPay kenilworth centre!
