Amazed at the rudeness!!!

I am really not happy and very dissatisfied with the way the staff at Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square spoke to me considering that I always try to be extra nice by making small talk with them everytime I walk into the store. I went this morning to collect the SRD grant, after standing in the queue for something close to 30 minutes was told that the grant will only be available at 11:00 which I gladly accepted however the lady assisting was very impatient and a little rude. After waiting for 11:00 as instructed, I walked to the counter to enquire another lady was very irritated and dimmed very agitated! Who without me finishing my sentences just told me the grant will be available at 12:00. I left the store very heart broken the way I was treated!!!! This is a store I always do my groceries and the treatment was really uncalled for! I do not believe the level of rudeness from people that I see almost every week... Please Managers, train your staff to have peoples' skills...
