Always late & hopeless

They are hopeless with deliveries. It's the 3rd time they are late with my delivery and they seem to have no care or not even try to contact the driver to find out where he is. All they can say is the driver left with the order. My order was scheduled between 8-10am 26 January 2023 and till now 11:24am my order is still not delivered. I spoke to the supervisor Mogotsi and she was not even helpful or apologetic about the incident. What's the use PNP online has delivery slots when they can't even stick to the delivery time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And some of my items are missing as well, the driver forgot to take the cooler. Not sure are they running a circus or a business
