Always Bad Service at WilroPark Pick 'n Pay!!!!

<p>This is the second time i had to deafend my credibillity at Pick 'n Pay Wilropark ,firstly the staff can be very rude and will make you out to be a lier if the issue is adress,I rented a Carpet Cleaning machine from them for a day,on returning it back the next day they informed me i must pay for another day stating that i never requested the machine for overnight?????? One day is 24 hours as far as i know and the lady how assist me in renting the machine Never gave me specific time's the machine must be brought back never the less the same day!!!!! After trying to explaining this to the manager and staff the still made me out to be a chancer! Bad bad service really disappointed in the manner they deal with any conflict. </p>
