Always an excuse for bad customer support

I needed batteries for my electricity box. Piknpay Galeshewe in specific case. The shop has batteries advertised in the store yet they are not priced for purchase. They couldn't bother to make sure i do get to purchase, instead they just sent me away without help. ..
