ALWAYS AN EXCUSE

As per My last review nothing has changed. you clearly couldn't even give a dam about the customer cause not one person has contacted me from Pick n Pay CLOTHING TO SEE HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO ASSIST OR SORT THE ISSUE OUT.

So can someone then reply or tell me at what pick n pay clothing store i can get a size 1-2 year old boys long sleeve Disney T-shirt range as it seems not one of your store on the east rand are able to help nor has head office sent them any stock.

i was in the stores again on saturday only to see for myself that you have supp**** numerous stock again for girts but NOTHING for boys and the stock you did send no sizes .

SO WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH YOUR CLOTHING STORES AND WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE 1-2 or are you just not interested in customers and there business?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Last year i laid 2 complaint concerning your pick n pay clothing stores , and it seams to have fallen on deaf ears as NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!! i kept being told you are addressing the issue with the clothing departments. well clearly you have done nothing. The manager of the east rand mall branch was useless to say the least and never ever ordered anything the shelves for boys were always empty and had an excuse for every thing now you move him to your eaSst rand retail branch and guess what NOTHING you DO NOT have anything for boys i have now been there twice in a week no 3-4 t-shirts no 3-4 pant no 3-4 jackets . what is wrong with your stores. this is a disgrace to say the least . but yet you keep telling me how you are addressing the issue. with WHO by doing what because you have clearly done a pathetic job if you have. i am disgusted in your stores and your boys section of clothing. girls you have 3 lanes of cloths little boys one row with everything crammed onto one space. i actually feel like going to take picture and going to the news papers because if you not interested doing anything and sorting this out maybe going to the news papers about your useless stores will. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!
