ALLSOME RICE -DECAYING MATTER IN BAG

I purchased 2 x 10kg bags of ALLSOME rice, a product of Willowton Group on Sunday 25 Feb 2018 from Pick & Pay Hyper Durban north. On Monday (26 Feb) at 4pm I opened and emptied 1 bag into a rice container and to my shock I found clumps of decaying matter, the largest piece looked like a decaying rat encapsulated in rotting rice. I immediately contacted customer care at Willowton and the lady who answered told me someone will contact me urgently the following day as no one was available. I explained the seriousness of situation as it is a potential health risk to consumers. I thereafter contacted Pick and Pay and spoke to manager Shaun, and explained situation once again and I was told he will investigate and someone will call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from either Willowton (Allsome Rice) or Pick & Pay, it seems PUBLIC HELTH AND SAFETY is off ZERO importance to either brands.
