Allowing customers to jump the queue

Today, Pick n Pay allowed a walking customer to walk past me, whilst I struggle to balance my shopping on my lap in a wheelchair. She skipped the queue and thought it was ok to take my place. Pick n Pay acted like they didn't realise it was wrong to help her, but customers around me verified her jumping in front of me, and had to cause a scene to be helped, as I should've been in the 1st place. That is disabled **************!!!!
