All pick n pay are not working the same

I went to pick n pay liquor vanderbijlpark SE8 and buy a case of beer then they scan a price for case and give me beer with a box then I went to pick n pay liquor at river Square I bought the same and they scan a case but I was told that they won't give me a case box I have to carry them one by one am not happy because I have to carry 12 of them one by one
