All payment methods NOT accepted

Pick n pay express Florida is pre historic. I went to buy pre paid electricity and Pies and air time, the teller tells me I can't pay for the electricity with my bank card..I asked why and she said it's the rules ...what **** rules,i said I'll just take the air time leave the Pies. She said no I can't buy aie time without buy something else..i was shocked, this is 2019 and we use the easiest and safest payment method why restrict and chase away customers??? Someone needs to look into this
