All exspenses paid or is it?

My wife recently (2022) won a trip with Pick n Pay and the smart shopper. the prize was an "all exspenses paid holiday" to anywhere in the world, to the value of R100000 one hundred thousand. All we had to do was see to our passports. We decided on Dubai for the destination and liased with the travel agent as to our choice of place and accomodation and flights. Basically we had never left South Africa before this and it was all new to us. it was a fantastic prize and the experience was great too. The only thing was when we actually checked in. I had to pay R1300 for some hotel tax and this was not covered under our "all exspenses paid" clause. Then as if that wasn't enough they messed up our super arrangement. So on our first night in a strange country, we had to go with out super when our confirmation documents clearly said bed, breakfast and dinner.
