All consumers be aware, Pick n Pay overcharges regularly
It’s been a week since I have been to the Pick n Pay local in Kenridge. I’m deliberately avoiding that Supermarket. They just can’t be bothered to change the prices on the shelves. On almost every visit during the past few months I had to complain about this. And on top of this you have to ask for them to give you double the difference as they conveniently keep forgetting about this policy. This is not just annoying, but it wastes my time. Some mornings I don’t have the time to stand there and wait for it t be sorted out, so I just leave it. It is just a few rand here and there, but it all adds up. I bet most people loose at least a few hundred rand a month on overcharged items. Also, during my last visit, I asked the manager to sort it out for me as I had to leave. I left my number, but no phone call in six days. Four days ago I sent an email to head office, but no response yet.
Will anyone respond? You can’t say, can you!
