All because I interuped a tea party

I had the worst experience this morning at the pick n pay in canal walk, there 6 employees hanging around 1 counter while I waited to be assisted I was sent up and down from till to till as there was no one by express. When I eventually call them out they then quickly decide to assist me. The moment I try to pay, they say the R20 note was too damaged, there was a small tear at the bottom and I can provide photo evidence as I then left after they refused to help me. I was walking down to checkers when I decided I'm not taking no for an answer, so I went back to the pnp where I then went to a different employee where she proceeded to take the same R20 note with out question. The supposed manager was involved. Truly pathetic service I feel this needs more attention.
