Aircon so hot never works

<p>I have complained numerous times on Face Book regarding the aircon at Pick n Pay Northgate and everytime they say management will look into it, still it is hot as hell in the shop. I refuse to accept any comments or remarks from staff such as shop is cool (it is not cool, it is hot!) when I commplain about the aircon, this is going on for the past 4 years and still the shop is hot as hell inside, it looks to me that Pnp does not want customers to shop their. I am tired of complaining about this continous problem - Hot shop, its unbearable and totally unacceptable.</p>
