AIM TV PRODUCT exclusive to Pick n' pay

I'm just disgusted by the service I received today, after being wasted time and inconvenienced by a supervisor(FAITH) who didn't even wear her mask properly and was even coughing and snorting saying she has sinuses. Pick 'n Pay staff members have a tendency of degrading people. It is not the first time I've been treated this way at that shop, hence now I feel it is time I put this on record. I was told by Faith that I needed to make copies of the receipt as Pick 'n pay deals with a lot of customers.

Anyway, I purchased a AIM 43" TV set, DSTV Set, and a wall mount bracket as a gift in 2018 December 18. This week the TV is now switching on and off and i don't seem to know what the issue may be. I logged a call this morning and a gentlemen from CZ requested that i take the TV to the shop. Unfortunately, i didn't have the resources of making copies during the December holidays. The latter receipts have since faded away and I only have my bank statement as i purchased these goods using my Credit card.

The Lady (supervisor Faith), indicated that there's nothing they can do if I don't have a slip. Even when i showed her my bank statement. I even suggested that i can provide a SAPS affirmation and she still didn't assist or even escalate my matter.

I tried calling CZ technologies and they did not pick up. Unfortunately, i couldn't wait any longer as i was going to collect my children at school.

Nonetheless, I've learned a lesson not to purchase any more items from this place as the people there are condescending and would just brush you aside and not provide any feasible solution. I will take the TV elsewhere for repairs and I will share my discomfort on all social platforms as my experience was utterly disgusting. I had no intention of going to that shop and expose myself to such treatment and conditions. If I knew I wouldn't be assisted, I could have just taken the TV for repairs elsewhere, where at least my money would be respected. Hoping never to set foot at that shop.
