AIM tv

Good day. In november i bought two 50 inch aim tv's. The pne the remote was not working and one led light was blown. I took it back to heidelberg pnp. They send it away and after numerous attempts they told me the tv is discontinued. I can have my money back. Or pay in for a new tv. I told them i am not paying anything nor do i want credit. I want n tv of the same size. We'll up to now its been two week and haven't heard from them. No one can give me answers. I bought it because of the 3 year warranty. I also told them if it takes more then a month they will pay for my dstv service. I am very discusted. As the world cup is starting in 2 days
