Aim Smart tv
I bought a aim 32 smart tv at Pick N Pay about 8 months ago. When i connect to the internet and start using the tv for what i bought it for,i started downloading aps on the tv to be used like showmax and ather aps. Then i realized that i cant use these apps because it doesn't work. I contackted showmax and they informed me that the aps no longer supported the software of the tv. There is also no new software update available for this device. Evan if i use aps that is compatible with this tv. The tv takes a long time just to open the apps or it just freeze. And it will tel me apps is not respondind do i want to wait or close the application. Even going on the internet is n problem,it is very slow. I did phone there customer service a few times. They will place me on hold. Then after 20min i wll putt the phone down with no satisfaction. Question is. Why do they cell aim smart tvs that is not working properly. I cant use the tv for what i bought it for.
