Aim remote replacement
I'm really disappointed I have been to Randburg, Westgate, Dobsonville mall and Sandton stores my wish and request is to but Aim 50" remote . What's surprising is all store told me the same story that I must contact head office because they can't help me , when I contact head office I've been referred back to the store I went again to randburg and Dobsonville store only to be told that even if they can try to order the replacement remote I wouldn't get it because head office will not attend to my request and order they said that's the rules from value department I think they said a Guy by the name of Piet Boone wouldn't process my order. Now we stacked with a Tv that we can't use without a remote is locked on USB and it requires a remote.
