AIM 49 inch Smart TV for R4999.00
Good day, We recently purchased the AIM 49 inch Smart TV for R4999.00 at the Hypermarket in Port Elizabeth. We have been able to use the YouTube and Netflix pre-loaded apps. However when we go to Google Play, the device (TV) cannot register to the Google Account. We have tried various ways in which to access Google Play via brouser and app to no avail. How are we meant to access Google Play when we can't even register our device/TV????? IT support pages say to add account in TV settings but nowhere is that option found. I'm starting to think that Pick 'n Pay has falsely advertised their Smart TV's in order to make sales. Left us fed-up and frustrated that we aren't able to utilize all the advertised functions!!!!
