Aim 43" (109cm) UHD Smart TV CZ2043
I have purchased 2 x Aim 43" (109cm) UHD Smart TV CZ2043 TVs from Pick n Pay Hyper by the sea as Christmas gifts. I suspect there is something they are not telling me. Although both are showing they are getting a full signal from my wireless network it says network not available when going into any of the preloaded apps. When asking for assistance from the store they say " Look ours are working fine". Then supply me with a setup instruction that made your's work. Bought a 49cm Aim a year ago and it was simply plug and play.

17 Dec 2019, 15:49Just an update here. Was contacted promptly and visited Pick and Pay Hyper by the sea with the products. A chap named Faraaz gave me excellent service and is much appreciated. He also seems to be very knowledgable with his product. Still can't get them to work at home yet but am satisfied it is not a product fault.
