After 4 weeks still no licence delivery.

Renewed my car licence as well as my husbands car licence online, went in store to do the payment. Online it states that delivery will take place in 10 days. It's been 4 weeks. Keep phoning to logg a call but still no licence. Everytime I phone there is an excuse. Then my delivery address is not updated... Received an sms that it can't be delivered as there is no unit number on the delivery address. There will be no unit number as it is a work address. Delivery address is Mercedes-Benz Witbank. Very dissapointed after I spent R3500.
