advertising with no stock

Pick and pay has advertised a Blaupunkt portable beat box for R399, you state in you catalogue is available from 1 December, I had a trip for Durban on 3 December, I came into your store on 3 December hoping to get the beat box since you have it advertised, I was told they are not available they should be receiving stock in the week, I don’t understand why do you advertise stuff that you do not even have stock for, I then had to post pone my trip because I am waiting for the beat box as it’s a Christmas gift.

Please advise as I am really irate how stuff is posted and not available, this has inconvenienced me.
