Sunday evening I pop into a Express PnP shop at BP Service Station Cascades Pietermaritzburg. I buy a few snacks, swipe my smart-shopper card and the till goes congratulations you have won. The teller says nothing. I ask what have I won? Oh she says a packet of biscuits, but we don't have any. What kinda competition is this and was it a packet of biscuits?
