Advertised specials unknown to staff

PnP has a promotion running from 9 - 15 November. I tried to purchase the 8 blade March3 and Shaving Gel promotion for R270. I could not find it on the shelf and asked customer care to help me. Nobody knew about the special and could themselves not find it in the store! The manager obviously had no knowledge of this special and just shrugged it off while sitting in his office.
