advertise specials but charge full price

I traveled about 180km to go do some shopping at Pick&Pay Century mall Newcastle today, and I was violated by Pick&Pay.<br> There were many specials as advertised in the pamphlets and in the local newspaper as well as marked on the shelf. So I did my shopping and later returned home. After unpacking the goods and checking it to what is on the till slip I noticed that on an items that was advertised and that were supposed to be specials I did not get the special price instead I was charged a higher price. And if I had to travel back there and check my slip to what each item on the shelf is marked I'm sure I'll find even more discrepancies. So is it standard practice for your stores to advertise something and then not give that to the customer? How many people get ****med like this so you can turn a profit?we trust that Pick & Pay is honest and that we can shop with no worry about being cheated.It is not about the few rand I was charged more, it is about the principal of it all, if you do the same to 20 000 other customers (and that would be a modest number) how much money did you steel from your customers?I feel I was violated, I feel you stole from me and violated my trust in Pick&pay
