Account debited but no order placed.

Placed an order with Pick n Pay Asap this morning at 7:27, an amount of R772.87 was deducted from my account, but no order was placed. I have no groceries and I am out of pocket by this amount. I sent emails, no response as yet. I tried calling but I cannot get through unless I wait on the call all day.
