Account blocked twice over last four months with no reason

Always shop at pick n pay for years. Opened a store account with them for around 2 years. This year im experiencing endless dissatisfaction and frustrating shopping. In April my account was blocked at Fairmount pick n pay...was not told why it was blocked. Had to resubmit ID got a new card at greenstone mall. In August I made a purchase at greenstone Nd did a payment on d same day....I even over paid my account Nd they owe me money now. Today I return to greenstone to purchase again and to my surprise my account is blocked once again. What is the use of pick n pay offering store account but u have to go through so much of inconvenience. I seriously don't have time for this drama. Pick n pay as a faithful customer of yours for over 30 years I'm shocked about service like this from such a well branded store. I called the call centre and asked for my account to be closed. I'm officially done with this childish behaviour from pick n pay
