ACCIDENT PICK AND PAY LIQUOR STORE EPPING.

Good day.

On the 13th December 2021 I was parking at the fisheries store that's next to Pick and Pay Liquor. While getting out of my car my wife saw the sab crates that was in a area where it wasn't suppose to be, fell against the passenger side of the vehicle that leaded to a dent and also some rough edges to our car. We made contact with management showing that wat happend took a few pics and all that she could said was we must get some qoatation and get back to her. Getting the qoatation is very easy but every place that we have been to charges us for the qoatation saperaly from the job that needs to been done. The lady requested 3 of this qoatation! Unfortunately we only able to give her one qoatation because we never knew we had to pay for a qoatation. So we told her that the companies charge for the qoatation and are they going to compensate us seeing that we have to take money out of our own pocket to get the qoatation. She then said Unfortunately they won't be able to assist us. I feel that is totally unfair!! 1. THAT CRATES WERENT SUPPOSE TO STAND THERE. 2 WE DONT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE ON QOATATION. 3 WE WOULD LIKE THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED AND FOR PICK AND PAY LIQUOR TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE UNSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
