Access Denied due to Face Mask,

Visited PNP Boston today, the security said i can't enter the shop as I don't have a mask on. Politely asked the security to call the manager, eventually the manager came explained to him the urgency of the matter. I shop there on a daily basis, he refused to let me inside the shop. I never felt so embarrased , inside the shop was people without face masks?? What was the problem then?? I do have pictures to prove it, showed it to the"manager" and he still refused to let me inside the shop and if you go back on footage you'll see more clients shopping without masks.
