ABUSIVE DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR AND VROT FOOD

Looonnnnggg before the lockdown occurred, I have pleaded with management of both the supermarket and the liquor stores in the Rosebank Mall to not blast our eardrums with blasting music and even the announcements are scary loud. One cannot hear oneself think let alone take a phone call from the office and even try to contact people one is shopping for. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO CONVEY??? As a public enterprise they must know about noise pollution - now that lockdown is in place the volume on speakers is either much louder or the fact that their are less people in store one hears it worse than ever, this is abusive and DISRESPECTFUL to customers and staff IT IS A MISCONCEPTION that loud music attracts customers - in fact I dump my trolley and go elsewhere and there are many other people who feel the same

Add to that the mouldy Galbani Mozzarella bought before sell by date that had to be turfed on the same day (BEFORE LOCK DOWN WAS A REALITY) AND further ... yes there is more ..."fresh (?) chicken with a very ***** green colour on the underneath section in a polystyrene tray. I have digital images of all of this and the piece of green chicken is in my freezer to be sent to authorities after lockdown. Can anyone remember the "listeriosis' bacterium was the last big thing to contaminate produce. NOW THIS!!!! Oh and the digital images are done with pnp till slips and packaging.

UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you for your reply and response. If customers do not let you know what is happening on the floor, you will not know. Rather than moving the produce to different aisles in the hope of introducing us to products people we don't need , might I suggest /request you spend the time on these basic issues which are the real cost of losing customers.
