abuse of customers
I went to picknpay sanridge my local shop where I normally buy my groceries. On arriving at the meat section I only found 2 packets of pork one for R150 and the other for R133,I then went to the butcher and asked the attendant to please cut me some pork for R75 at which point she told me that the guy who cuts the meat had gone home,I then asked her if she could take the one for R150 and split it and just give me for the R75 which I needed, she told me that she will not do that and that i should come back tomorrow or go somewere else.I then approached one of the managers who identified himself as John.I explained my situation to John at which point john took the packet that I wanted split n he took it to the lady n told her to do her job and to help me,John then apologised and told me that the lady was just being rude and that he would report her to the manager the next morning. After waiting 10munites the lady then came back and gave me a packet of meat but this time the price per kg was now R63 and not R52.Natuaraly I went back to John who went back to the lady and screamed at her for being vindictive.I really felt violet and abused, these are already difficult times.
