Abuse customer
A complaint was lodge against the appalling bad uncouth cashier. To date I received no reply. I want response in writing. No phone calls.
Phone calls can be lies and denials. I need hard copies. Is it so hard to get feedback. I have never been into any PnP since my bad experience. Respond. Or is this the way PnP treat customers.
