Absurd and disgusting service !

By just changing the app, this has become the worst delivery and shopping service and experience, we have to wait 5 days for refunds, why change the wallet system ? Even if I pre-order for a specific delivery time still I dont receive my order, like what nonsense is this really ?? Can this be sorted, cos I can't be going through the same thing over and over every F...... week!!!
