Absolutely terrible experience with Pick n Pay Ravenswood & Pick n Pay ASAP

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Pick n Pay Ravenswood and Pick n Pay ASAP.

I have been waiting for my refund since 2 August 2026, and to this day I have received neither my refund nor the goods I originally ordered. This is completely unacceptable.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of urgency, accountability and proper communication. I should not have to continuously follow up to get money that is rightfully owed to me. I have been patient, but after waiting this long, my patience has completely run out. For a well-known retailer like Pick n Pay, I expected a much higher standard of service. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and has seriously damaged my trust in Pick n Pay Ravenswood and Pick n Pay ASAP.

Customers should not be left out of pocket, without their goods or their refund, for weeks on end.

Pick n Pay Ravenswood and Pick n Pay ASAP — please take accountability and resolve this matter immediately. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
