Absolutely Terrible Experience with Pick n Pay ASAP, never order with them!

This is the third time I've placed an urgent same-day order—early, mind you—only to have Pick n Pay fail to deliver. Each time, they promise delivery on the same day, and each time, they do not deliver, leaving me stranded without essential items.

To make matters worse, the man cancelling my order said a refund would take 24hrs only for him to cancel and then i receive a message that their refund process takes three working days, meaning I don’t even get my money back when I need it most. Why offer a same-day delivery option if you can't honor it? That’s false advertising.

Today was the last straw. The app told me my order would arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 pm, but the store closes at 7 pm—so how exactly do you plan to deliver after closing? Absolutely no update was provided on the app.

I called the ASAP helpline, and the person who answered was completely useless—confused, and apparently unable to even reach the store. If he's supposed to assist customers, Pick n Pay is in real trouble.

This is not just bad service—this is *******. A complete waste of time and money. Pick n Pay ASAP is unreliable, dishonest, and clearly not ready to meet the basic standards of customer service.
