Absolutely ridiculous

Absolute terrible service we ordered on Saturday 1st of march, ordered at 1:52pm only received our items at 6:30pm

But thats not the complaint We ordered R1338 worth of items and only received half of what we ordered. No refund nothing been phoning customer service and emailing non stop since Saturday no f**cking reply this is absolutely bull**** service and even on a Monday still no reply all I get is a reference ticket. Can someone please help cause over R600 is a lot of money in this day and age. Please just advise cause this is just getting ridiculous at this point. We either want our items or our refund ( mind you no notification that the items were out of stock just nothing )
