Absolutely pathetic service from Pick n Pay ASAP once again

Every time I’ve placed an order with them, it has been delayed. Today was no different. I placed an order at 16:30, and they promised a delivery window between 17:30 and 18:00 — and nothing arrived.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. When I followed up with the help desk, I was told by a customer service representative, Ayanga, that the store had already closed at 18:00 and my order would now only be delivered tomorrow morning. This is something I would never have known if I hadn’t chased it up myself.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not be given promised delivery times that are not honoured, nor should they have to constantly follow up just to get basic updates on their orders. Extremely disappointing experience yet again.
