ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE.

Really terrible service today from their steeldale branch in Johannesburg south, I got served in the 10 items or less on teller 8 by Winseline , this woman must be the rudest person I have ever met in my life, didn't greet, scanned a packet without asking me if I wanted it, didn't give me a chance to produce my smart shopper card just put the transaction through and lastly didnt pass me my till slip basically threw it at me, all while chatting to the teller next to her about a stupid gift card. Management of this store really need to consider training their staff for customer serviced roles. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.
