Absolutely Disgusting Service from Pick n Pay ASAP – A Complete Waste of Time and Money!

What a shocking disappointment! "ASAP" clearly stands for Anything Slow As Possible at Pick n Pay, because this is the most frustrating, *********** delivery experience I've ever had. My wife carefully placed our grocery order online, expecting quick service from a supposedly "fast" delivery option. We waited... and waited... FOUR FULL HOURS with zero sign of our groceries. We had to call their useless call centre five times just to get any update at all. Each time they fed us the same lazy line: "The driver is on his way." Seriously? Where is this driver coming from – another province?! Then – get this – after all that waiting, their call centre had the nerve to tell us WE must now call the driver ourselves to find out where he is! So not only did they fail to deliver in a timely manner, they expect paying customers to do their job for them? I wasted a fortune in airtime chasing these people, only to be treated like their personal tracking service. This is beyond poor customer service – it's outright disrespectful and ***********. "ASAP" means absolutely nothing here. It's false advertising at its worst. You order groceries and maybe – just maybe – you'll get them... eventually... or not at all. I'm utterly disgusted and furious. We will NEVER use Pick n Pay ASAP again, and I will actively warn every single person I know to stay far away from this disaster of a service. Avoid at all costs! There are far better options out there. What a disgrace.
